Doggie Cupcakes – grain and sugar free Bananas and Peanut Butter also a variation with real apple bits instead of banana, I’ve even tried carrots (they loved it ! )
1 cup unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter 3 eggs 2 bananas ½ cup coconut flour ¼ cup cottage cheese ¾ tsp. baking soda
__ Frosting _______ ¾ cup cream cheese ½ cup unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter 1 tbsp coconut oil
Preheat oven 350* baking time 20 to 25 minutes Grease muffin pan or line with paper muffin cups
In large bowl combine first four ingredients.
Add flour and baking soda stir until combined.
Fill muffins cups to ¾ full.
Bake 20 to 25 min or golden brown on top
Make frosting while this cooks.
Combine the three ingredients and mix until smooth (use hand mixer or use fork or whisk)
Place frosting in fridge for 10 to 20 minutes.
Allow cupcakes to cool on wire rack
Frost the cupcakes and serve !
