Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Picture
Picture

I made this a few nights ago and it was superb and easy !  I took pics so you can follow the pics too.

1. Cut peppers into 3 to 4 inches - saute' in small amount of
coconut oil. (you pick your preferred oil or butter)
2. Cut cheese into thin 3 inches long (use a better cheese that doesn't melt easy.
3. clean shrimp and set aside
4. Bacon slices - medium thickness works best.
Place shrimp, pepper, and cheese together. Wrap bacon around the three are covered in bacon with the end side down.
Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 375* remove and flip each one.  Check that it's cooking the bacon well, and put back in oven for 15 minutes.  (OR you can choose to raise heat at this time too)  Raise temp to 425 or broil 5 minutes and flip.  When your desired doneness is achieved...  serve with garlic butter pasta or pasta in Alfredo Sauce..
